• Wound care:

  Cleaning and dressing wounds, monitoring healing progress, and taking appropriate actions to prevent infection. 

• Vital signs monitoring:

  Regular vital sign checks such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to identify any changes in the patient's condition. 

• Care plan implementation:

  Following the established care plan, including providing treatments, therapies, and necessary interventions based on patient needs.
