Key responsibilities of a skilled home health nurse:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medication reviews, to identify needs and develop a care plan.

Medication administration:
Safely administering prescribed medications according to the care plan, including monitoring for potential side effects.

Wound care:
Cleaning and dressing wounds, monitoring healing progress, and taking appropriate actions to prevent infection.

Vital signs monitoring:
Regular vital sign checks such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to identify any changes in the patient's condition.
