Assisting you with your activities of daily living (ADLs).

Amongst our staff at Helping Hands Nurses, LLC we have professionals who are capable of providing assistance to the disabled, chronically ill, cognitively impaired or senior members of the community. These professionals are generally called home health aides. The services they can provide you with are as follows:

Overseeing the organizational functions of the home, Managing the day-to-day operation of the household

Managing domestic concerns.

Our home health aides are capable of the following tasks:

  • Personal care

  • Meal preparation

  • Keeping client’s medical records

  • Keeping track of client’s progress and conditions

  • Overseeing the organizational functions of the home

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the household

  • Managing domestic concerns

  • Meal Planning and Preparation

  • Light Housekeeping & Laundry

  • Grocery Shopping & Errand Services

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the household

  • Transportation for Doctor Appointments & Prescription Pick-ups

  • Overseeing the organizational functions of the home​

These services are provided by a registered nurse or also known as a Primary Care Nurse (PCN). Our PCN’s take on the role of case managers, which means they are assigned to a client upon admission, and follow the client’s progress and supervise the aide until the case is discharged.
